For most manufacturing companies, training development is still an afterthought. Manufacturing loves metrics, but who's measuring human capability? Here you're surrounded by peers who obsess over coaching, skills transfer, and continuous improvement of people—not just takt time. This community puts trainers and their development at the center, recognizing that great training professionals are the foundation of everything else.

If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. TWI, Kata, Six Sigma, VR, AI... these are all valuable tools, but not every tool is the right fit for every challenge. We zoom out to see how each methodology/technology fits within the broader learning ecosystem to create holistic solutions. No vendor pitches, no one-size-fits-all dogma—just the best ideas blended into our real-world constraints. While other groups focus on a single program or methodology, we're looking at how all the pieces work together as a complete system.

Zoom fatigue is real. Our meetups feel like shop-floor huddles with messy whiteboards and honest questions. You'll never sit through slide-share monologues or canned prompts. We believe the best learning happens when trainers can speak freely about what's actually working (and what isn't) in their programs.
